Project for the Children of Heroes “Swimming Without Borders”

The aim of the project is to support these children, giving them strength, emotional stability, and valuable new skills through swimming.

Rotary Club Dnipro City, together with the NGO Swimming Without Borders, has launched a social initiative for children whose families have faced one of the following:
— the father was killed in the war,
— the father is missing,
— or is being held captive.

SWIMMING FOR CHILDREN — “SWIMMING WITHOUT BORDERS”

⏰ 16:00
⏳ Session duration: 1 hour
(15 minutes — warm-up by the pool, 45 minutes — swimming)
👧🧒Ages: 6–14
👥 Group size: up to 15 children
🏊‍♀️ Coach: Alla Volodymyrivna Haponova
What children need to bring:
• swimsuit
• swimming goggles
• swim cap (mandatory for girls)
• indoor footwear
• doctor’s note
What children will gain:
✅ 12 training sessions (3 months)
✅ basic swimming skills
